Who are we?
What do we do
Objectives:
- Develop GLP-compatible processes for bioproduction and characterisation of extracellular vesicles.
- Optimize, standardize and create existing and new bioproduction methods for organoid cultures.
- Guarantee reproducibility and transfer to industry.
- Implement high-resolution quality control (QC).
- Participate in the development of biotherapies based on extra-cellular vesicles and organoids.
Missions:
- Provide access to state-of-the-art equipment and expertise in the bioproduction of organoids and extracellular vesicles.
- Provide an environment that fosters the development of GLP-compliant biomanufacturing processes.
- Create a meeting place for academics and industry to stimulate innovation and support start-ups
- Create biobanks of organoids derived from healthy cells and from patients suffering from various diseases (inflammation, cancer, rare diseases, etc.).
- Set up national and/or international partnerships involving start-ups, biotechs and pharmaceutical companies.
