Introduction

We are a key integrator in the development of processes and methods for the bioproduction, engineering, and characterization of extracellular vesicles (EVs) and nanovectors for therapeutic and diagnostic applications.
Our goal is to advance the technological readiness level (TRL) of these innovations and derisk their transition from the laboratory to the bedside, thereby facilitating their market access in the healthcare sector.

Expertise

Our expertise is built on a multidisciplinary and integrated approach aligned with the needs of businesses and healthcare projects:

  • EV Bioproduction:
We design innovative processes to maximize yields, enhance therapeutic efficacy, and optimize biodistribution. Our solutions leverage biophysical, engineering, and genetic screening approaches tailored to industrial challenges.
  • Multimodal Characterization:
Using multi-scale and multidisciplinary methods, we characterize EVs and nanovectors to develop advanced diagnostic solutions, prognostic tools, and new quality control methods (derived from bioproducts). We are developing automated methods based on artificial intelligence for diagnostic, prognostic or quality control purposes.
  • Technological and Clinical Transfer:
We support the increase in TRL, process scaling, and transfer to industrial partners (CDMOs). Our solutions include prototypes, biopharmaceuticals, and methodologies, as well as the identification of new diagnostic, prognostic, or therapeutic monitoring biomarkers.

This expertise is designed to meet the needs of companies seeking to derisk the development of innovative healthcare products and integrate them into their pipelines.
